1. Scope of Service
Agentra provides an autonomous AI-powered revenue acceleration platform designed to assist B2B enterprises in lead qualification, nurturing, and scheduling. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Subscription & Usage
Access is granted on a per-subscription basis. Usage limits (such as lead volume and AI agents) are determined by your selected tier. Unauthorized sharing of credentials or automated scraping of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service.
Standard Prohibitions
- Reverse engineering AI models
- Bypassing platform rate limits
- Using service for unsolicited spam
- Misrepresenting AI as human entities
3. Data Ownership
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all lead data pushed to the platform. Agentra is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services defined in your Service Order.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30-day written notice prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Upon termination, all lead data will be purged within 60 days unless a data export is requested.
